It was the first touch faucet he's installed, and did take him a bit longer than regular faucets. He made sure the solenoid and battery connections were working properly, and the faucet has performed flawlessly since. It's a bigger faucet if you're coming from a small older style one, but it certainly isn't enormous and many that are being made now are much bigger. From bottom on counter to top is only 13 1/2".The touch feature is so handy, you can turn the faucet on or off with the back of your hand, a pinky, an elbow, whatever's handy while your hands are filled or dirty. The first few times I did it, water got everywhere, because there's a dispensing spout on the bottom that sprays water if you don't get the jug in place exactly right.
